Kodi is an app which is not only for watching IPTV but you can use it for this purpose too.
We can not name it the best app for IPTV but it's one of the rare app you can use on game consoles to watch IPTV.
As we mentioned this app is available in game consoles and also computers.
Not available for other devices.
