Log-in impossible

Good evening.

For several days log-in to update the line has been impossible.

Before that I experienced extremely long wait times to get in (1 hour).

Now I cannot log-in anymore. I can change the password but even with the new password I cannot get in.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?
