i want to resell IPTV but i can get 100 x 12 months subscriptions for 100 euros from an associate. However, i have to message him/ her via a messenger app. I am able to request subscriptions as  i 'use' them. Is it viable to pay upfront for a control panel and what would be the benefit in the long term?


What would be my best option?
