Clients section (Manage Lines) explained

This tutorial aims to get you acquainted with the Clients section and show you how and where to perform some common tasks.

How to extend a subscription:

Start by searching for the username that you want to extend in the search bar.
Now click on options and select "Extend".

Now select the duration and click on "Extend"

Now the username is extended.

 

How to add extra connections to a user:

Start by searching for the username that you want to add more connections to it in the search bar.
Now click on options and select "Extend".

Now select the number of allowed connections that you need and click on "Extend"

 

How to disable\enable a user:

In order to disable or enable a user, you can click on the green button to disable the user(this will stop the line to function immediately)

Now in order to reactivate(enable) the user again, you must click on the red button.

 

How to change or edit user notes:

Start by searching for the username that you want to edit in the search bar.
Now click on options and select "Note".

Now write down your note and click on "Update"

Now the note about the user is updated.

 

How to use advanced filtering:

This feature will allow you to categorize your lines based on certain criteria.
In order to use the "Advanced Filtering", you need to enter the criteria on the "Filter" section and click on "Apply".

As you can see in the below picture, we excluded the expired lines.

 

How to change the password for a subscription:

In the search bar start by searching for the username that you want to change the password on.
Now click on the yellow pen.

Now click on "Update"
This will automatically generate a new password for your line.

 

How to edit bouquet list:

Start by searching for the username that you want to edit in the search bar.
Now click on options and select "Bouquet list".

Now select or edit the countries that you need and click on "Update", you can also use the search bar to find the regions.

 

How to run the diagnosis on a subscription:

Start by searching for the username that you want to diagnose in the search bar.
Now click on options and select "Diagnosis".

The AI (Artificial Intelligence) will start searching for issues and problems the line might have, now if it has an issue, you can click on "Resolve Request" to fix it.

 

How to assign dashboard to a client:

Start by searching for the username that you want to assign a dashboard to it.
Now click on "Assign Dashboard ".

Now enter the "Username" and the "Email Address" and click on "Assign".

Now a new dashboard has been generated for the username you provided earlier and verification Email has been sent to the Email Address.

After clicking on "Open Dashboard" the client will be guided to the login page which has your own DNS name.
Below is a demonstration of the dashboard which the client will receive and what features it has.

What client has on Dashboard?

1: The user can order new subscriptions based on the prices you set on your reseller panel and you can monitor and manage those orders with your panel.
2: The user can report issues with channels.
3: In the "Manage lines" section, the user can download or edit the playlist, ask for the extension of the subscription or run diagnostics on the lines.
4: The user can send support tickets, which you can manage and monitor via your reseller panel.
5: A help center with tons of tutorials and instructions based on IPTV and all the important information in the field of IPTV with daily updates.
6: Access to all the "Server Hostnames" in the "settings" section which they need to operate any IPTV devices, as well as changing the Password or updating the Email address.

 

How to generate and download M3U, Enigma and other scripts:

In order to generate and download a script based on a specific IPTV device, start by searching for the username that you want to extract a script from it.

Now select the script that you need and click on the connection format based on your device.The script will be copied automatically.

 

How to add a MAG Mac address or Enigma Mac address to a subscription:

In order to add a Mac address to a subscription, start by searching for the username that you want to add Mac address to it in the search bar.
Now click on "Add MAG" or " Add Enigma2"

Now enter the Mac address and click on "Add".
